You can book your transport directly from our website through our online ordering. Our telephone center 032 724 12 12 is also at your disposal for any immediate transport. We are happy to answer our email info@taxicab.ch for any special request or for any price request ; thus, you can simply confirm your agreement by return email and we will then send you all the information you need for the transport(s).
The different payments accepted are: cash payment, by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), by debit cards (Maestro & V-Pay), payment by invoice (granted on prior request) or, finally, by bank transfer from any banking institution.
Booking for a third party is quite possible. Be careful though with the responsibility of payment: if a transport is performed and the passenger (s) refuse (s) any payment, the responsibility for payment lies with the person responsible for the order.
Despite our best efforts to respond to your requests, it may happen that the driver arrives a few minutes late (in general, for road traffic reasons beyond our control). In this case, you can contact our telephone center 032 724 12 12 to find out where your driver is.
Registration for online and / or smartphone ordering is mandatory. Indeed, to ensure the best possible follow-up of your requests from our automated system, the latter needs to be able to keep your information. Orders made by email or telephone do not, on the contrary, require a mere recording of your data.
Our company is mainly present in the municipality of Neuchâtel, in particular where taxis are parked (Gare de Neuchâtel & Place Pury). However, we serve all races to or from the city of Neuchâtel. By extension, we therefore serve you in the 35 municipalities of the canton of Neuchâtel, but also throughout Switzerland. It should be noted that if you wish to travel without going through the City of Neuchâtel, a travel package will be applied. Our drivers will gladly inform you of the additional cost to be taken into consideration upon a simple call from you.
Depending on the payment method chosen, there are indeed additional costs. These are as follows: cash payment is free of charge, payments by credit and debit cards are increased by 5%, invoicing incurs costs of CHF 10.80 including tax and bank transfers are not increased.
